Asbuilt

A survey of  finished structure(s) including any infrastructure(s) to prove that they were built to the original plans.  At times, deviations from the original plan(s) are necessary due to site conditions.  More municipalities are requiring asbuilt surveys to ensure that there are no encroachments created due to tight building setbacks.
