A resurvey of an existing lot by a retracement of existing lines and corners, plus locating all visible improvements.  A plat (8.5”x 11”) is prepared in both hard and digital copies.
This survey type is typically emailed in .pdf form so that it can be forwarded easily to lenders and other agencies.
